Shree Arul Sakthi Annai Temple

Shri Reddiapatti Swamigal temple is located in Reddiapatti village at the same location where Andavar was born. This serene village's atmosphere is very conducive for someone to stay and yearn for spirtual advancement. Devotees who visits the temple can stay in the nearby ashram called "Gurupaada Nilayam" where food and accomodation will be provided. Currently the temple is being reconstructed as a Stone Temple for which the consecration will happen in the middle of 2006

who lived in human form between Sep' 1856 and Jan' 1923, stands out in sharp distinction from all these saints. Guru, also called as Andavar by HIS devotees, was not content with seeking salvation for his own soul. Andavar did penance and prayed to God for a way by which all of his fellow men would be able to reach the goal of union with God.
